- Marko Stalevski, for scientific achievements
- Ana Mitrašinović, for scientific achievements of early-career researchers
- Zorica Cvetković, for contributing to the development of the Observatory
- Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade, for individuals and organizations outside the Observatory
